Kurt is a retired teacher of 26 years.  He has always worked with his hands and in construction.  Working with General Housing put him through college and working with a contractor throughout his life doing weekend jobs has always been an enjoyment for him.  Our clients say that he can fix just about anything!  Originally from Michigan, Kurt moved to Florida 6 years ago and began his own business.  He worked in Tallahassee until relocating to the Palm Coast in 2023.

Susan was in Direct Sales for over 20 years.  Because of her love for helping and serving people and her passion for beautiful homes, she embarked on the Real Estate industry in 2018, earning her Real Estate license and in 2021 becoming a Broker Associate.  She currently works for Lord & Stanley Realty.  Susan is originally from Michigan, lived in Tallahassee, FL for 17 years and has recently relocated to Palm Coast in 2023 and began a branch office with Lord & Stanley Realty.
